Zoom is a versatile video collaboration tool combining video conferencing with crisp audio, online meetings, screensharing, chat and mobile collaboration. Hand over control of your screen when working on projects or fixing issues, drag participants of large meetings in to break out rooms for focussed discussion. Virtual backgrounds and the "touch up my appearance" button mean it really lends itself to home working & collaboration.
Cisco Webex is a cloud based video conferencing platform that enables teams to collaborate on mobile devices in real time for online meetings, screen sharing, group chat and webinars. Combined with all-in-one hardware solutions such as their DX-80 (shown above, far left), the Cisco home-working experience is seamless and packed with powerful collaboration tools. Cisco is a world leader in Enterprise collaboration hardware, software and networking solutions.
Microsoft Teams is a collaboration solution that many will already be familiar with. Great for large meetings, users can transition from Skype for Business to Teams with ease, and open up a world of collaboration tools across multiple devices, inviting people to chat, meet, call, share and collaborate all in one place, no matter where you are.
If you're a large organisation with multiple collaboration platforms, or your dealing with a mixture of users still in the office and users working from home across the globe, Pexip can bring it all together with their cloud video interoperability tools. SIP and H.323 video end points can join online meetings along with desktops/laptops and mobile devices running on multiple collaboration platforms.
